Detailed Description of Actual Services provided by your Company: · Carry out needs assessments of project beneficiaries · Develop training program focusing on practical methods: · Adaptive Learning · Field studies · Project demonstration days · Study tours/Exchange visits · Soum information centers operated by local officials · Group discussions/workshops · Radio sessions · Organize training in projects aimags and soums involving local soum Animal Health & Breeding Units, Land Officers, Environmental Officers and others as local trainers · Apply practical Adoption Rate indicators to measure the adoption of the knowledge and skills transferred by training · Use the existing social networks to facilitate training among herders · Ensure the maximum participation of women and disabled people in the training activities · Coordinate with national extension, research institutions and aimags and soums to ensure their active participation in the project |
