Detailed Narrative Description of Project:
The project objective is to prepare a Sustainable Development Plan for the Extensive Livestock Sector in the Gobi region in case of the Dornogobi aimag. The project carried out largely capacity building activities in the area of well management and animal grazing. 

Detailed Description of Actual Services provided by your Company: CPR was responsible for:

• Conducted a socio-economic study in all soums of the Dornogobi aimag
• Collected secondary information and interviewing key officials on livestock sector development issues in the Umnugobi, Dornogobi and Dundgobi aimags
• Analyzed the current situation with well management (tenure, maintenance, user charges etc.)
• Prepared training materials to be used in community-based well management  
• Provided facilitators for training of herders in well management
• Preparing report on socio-economic conditions and herders training
